Pop star Davido has reacted to multiple allegations of unpaid debts following a call out by his colleagues Samklef and Dammy Krane.

The drama started on Tuesday when a businessman identified as Abusalami accused Davido of threatening to kill him after breaching their business contract.

According to Abusalami’s lengthy statement posted on his Instagram page, the project which involved young talents in 20 different states was scheduled but was canceled by Davido, resulting in a financial loss of 42 million naira to him.

He also claimed that he requested Davido to do a commercial about the project but the singer refused.

Moments after, Dammy Krane stormed social media to drag Davido again over an unpaid debt.

While noting how difficult it is for the rich to pay debts, Dammy Krane pleaded with Davido to consider him for the sake of his daughter.

Dammy Krane in a series of posts on his official X on Tuesday, demanded to know why Davido does not want to fulfil his end of their contract.

Dammy Krane had in September 2022 publicly accused Davido of refusing to pay for his songwriting contribution to an earlier released track, even after reaching out to the DMW boss privately.

As the drama continued, Samklef joined others in dragging the singer and gave Davido a 24-hour ultimatum to pay Abusalami.

He said, “Abeg anybody wey know Davido, tell am say I give am 24 hours to pay Mastermind the N1 million wey e don dey owe my boy since 2020. Since 2020 e don dey owe Mastermind N1 million and this boy dey suffer.

“We are fighting for justice for the common man, you’re supposed to be a role model to other people but u go dey oppress people because you feel say you dey above the law because you get connections, no worry, dey play.”

As the drama spiralled, self-acclaimed relationship coach Blessing CEO claimed Davido still owes a car dealer the sum of 4.5 million naira. She claimed he got a car for his aide Isreal DMW and has not paid the balance.

Reacting to the multiple allegations in his usual manner, Davido who made a post via X on Wednesday, simply wrote: “Bulletproof,” a reaction which many interpreted as the singer remaining unbothered about the allegations.
