COZA senior pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, who was accused of rape by celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo, on Monday shared the video on Instagram.

In the video, Davido is seen introducing a fan. After the child talks about the church’s programme, Davido says he puts God first in everything he does.

However, in a statement shared on social media on Wednesday night, the singer said he has nothing to do with COZA and expressed disappointment that a short video he did with a child who was introduced to him as a fan was used for an advert.

The 27-year-old threatened to initiate legal proceedings if the video is not retracted immediately.

The church’s programme tagged ’12 Days of Glory’ is scheduled to hold from January 2 to 13, 2020.

Pastor Fatoyinbo has deleted the video on Instagram but is yet to issue a statement on the incident which puts to question the church’s administration.
