Super Falcons player, Asisat Oshoala, has called out her mother for attending a party despite the ban placed on social gatherings to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
The 25-year-old took to Twitter on Monday to reveal that her mother had been chased out of a party on Sunday and joked that she should have been arrested to teach her a lesson.
“Lmao them pursue mum C for party yesterday. I tell her say them for arrest her mek we come bail am later. She no dey hear word. All these Yoruba women and party…,” she tweeted.
Although the Barcelona forward did not reveal the state where the incident occurred, states in the South West have put restrictions on public gatherings, social and religious, with many pegging it at a maximum of 50.
