Chigul stars in BAM/Nemsia’s first film

Biola Alabi Media (BAM) has announced that something big is about to hit the big screen in a few months time.

Chioma Omeruah, popularly known as Chigul, is staring in the action packed comedy film Banana Island Ghost (B.I.G), produced by BAM in conjunction with Nemsia Pictures.

B.I.G is movie about a ghost that is scared to go to heaven because he doesn’t have a soul mate, so he convinces God to give him three days to fall in love. He is paired with the cantankerous firecracker Ijeoma, played by Chigul who will do anything to save her father’s house in Banana Island from the bank coming to reclaim it in three days.

It is the first from a slate of five films in a co-production partnership between BAM and Nemsia Films. The two firms are combining their creative capabilities and wealth of experience to produce ground-breaking films set to redefine Nollywood.

B.I.G is expected to be an instant classic and pop-culture staple from Nollywood to the rest of the world.

Set for release in the summer of 2017, the film also stars industry heavyweights Ali Nuhu, Bimbo Manuel, Damilola Adegbite, Dorcas Fapson, Patrick Diabuah, Saidi Balogun, Tomiwa Edun, and Uche Jombo.
