Pop musician, Burna Boy, has appreciated receiving acknowledgement from English singer, Sir Elton John, for his music.
The 72-year-old in his Beat 1 radio programme, where he plays new music, praised Burna Boy and Teyana Taylor.

In a tweet on Monday, Burna Boy saluted the English music icon.
“Sir @eltonofficial ! ✊🏽,” he wrote.

Burna Boy recently dropped his album African Giant which became the highest-ranking African album in the United Kingdom.

The critically-acclaimed album debuted at number 16 on the UK albums chart.
It also debuted at number 104 on Billboard’s 200 charts, solidifying its global recognition and acceptance value.
