Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, has lost his mother, Kakah Hajja.
She died on Tuesday after a brief illness at her home in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Family sources say Hajja is to be buried on Wednesday.
Buratai had lost his father, Yusuf Buratai, on February 9, 2018.
