Abubakar is expected to have audience with Ramaphosa in Pretoria on Friday.

This comes amid news of xenophobic attacks on foreigners, especially Nigerians, and their businesses in South Africa.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had said Abubakar would attend crucial meetings with top South African officials on the attacks on Nigerians.
