Are these the biggest lookalikes in Nollywood?

Nollywood actress and producer, Judith Audu, has been mistaken for her colleague, Kiki Omeili, so many times she is thinking of producing a movie starring both of them.

Judith, whose Just Not Married, was screened in the City to City programme of the just concluded Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), confessed to Qed.ng that even family members mistake them for each other.

“My relatives often call to tell me they just saw me in a movie only for me to check it out and realise that the person in the movie is Kiki. Kiki goes through the same thing too,” she said.

A recent case of the mix-up was the use of Kiki’s picture for an entry about Judith in recent brochure in a brochure titled Nollywood: The Nigerian Film Industry at a Glance.

Interestingly, Nollywood producers have never considered casting the two in the same production.

Judith, however, told this online newspaper that she hopes to produce a film starring her and Kiki someday soon.

“Interestingly, I do not plan to cast us as sisters,” she added.

Renowned for her role as Mofe in the Nigerian television series Emerald alongside Joseph Benjamin, Carol King, Lilian Esoro and Femi Branch, Judith is a University of Lagos French graduate.

Kiki, on the other hand, is best known for playing Titi Haastrup alongside Funke Akindele, Joseph Benjamin and Joke Silva in the 2012 feature film, Married but Living Single, and as Lovette in the TV series Lekki Wives.

She bagged a degree in Medicine from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 2006, but has since traded med for movies.
