An offer by American singer Beyonce to help Nigerians protesting police brutality protesters in Nigeria has angered some Twitter users.
Beyonce had in a statement on Wednesday said she was working with organisations to support those protesting.
She said they were aiming to “provide emergency healthcare, food and shelter”.
Some Nigerians, however, said they weren’t hungry and wanted human rights and justice.
Singer Tiwa Savage had last week called on Beyonce to call global attention to police brutality in Nigeria.
