Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bala Elkana, has replaced Chike Oti as the new spokesman of the Lagos State Police command.
The new spokesman was unveiled on Monday at the Lagos Command.
The change comes with the new leadership of the police in the state under the watch of Zubairu Muazu.
