Paul Ibe, media adviser to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has begun celebrating his birthday.
Former chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Prof Chidi Odinkalu, is among those who have celebrated Mr Ibe via Twitter on Friday.

The visiting professor at Harvard Law School referred to Ibe as one of the finest gentlemen he knew.
“Happy birthday to 1 of the finest gentlemen that I know, @omonlakiki. Thank u for the past, the present & a future unbound,” he wrote.
