Anthony Joshua distributes palliatives to Lagos residents in lockdown

Unified heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, has distributed some relief items to some residents of Lagos who are in lockdown over the coronavirus pandemic.

The video he posted on Instagram, shows the 30-year-old giving out the items at the Afrika Shrine Ikeja and other parts of the state.

“Togetherness,” he captioned the post which he shared on Wednesday.

Anthony announced on March 25 that he was in self-isolation after meeting Prince Charles, who later tested positive for the coronavirus.

A statement from his publicist read, ”AJ is at home following government guidlines, he is fit and well. He wishes everyone affected a speedy recovery and a huge thank you to all the front line key workers.”
