2face mocks Nigerian government on arrival at Ghana’s Kotoka airport

Singer 2face Idibia has taken a swipe at the Nigerian government after arriving Ghana for the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

The 43-year-old was impressed by what he saw at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra that he had to send a message back to the leaders in his own country.

In a video shared by his manager, Efe Omoregbe, 2face is heard saying “shame no dey catch some people for that side.”

A female standing close to him, who is obviously Nigerian, can be seen shaking her head in a manner suggesting she was depressed at the state of things in Nigeria.

Although he is a frequent visitor to Ghana, 2face’s mockery of the Nigerian government suggests he is visiting the country for the first time since the recent upgrade of the airport.

Nigerian celebrities and journalists are in Accra for the AFRIMA holding at Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, November 24.

2face is a major driver of Power of 1, a social re-engineering campaign designed to inspire Nigerians to take affirmative action in the affairs of their country.
