Omowunmi Aloba, widely known as Wunmi Aloba, the widow of singer Mohbad, has denied claims that she is pregnant or has given birth to another child.
Wunmi addressed the circulating rumours on her Snapchat account, writing:
“Eyin ma tun funny yato lori Twitter ke Mohbad wife born ke, this smear campaign is funny asf. I’ve been getting this message for about an hour ago, funny asf a ma ni resu keh.”
To further debunk the claims, Wunmi shared a video of herself flexing, clearly showing she has no baby bump.
She also shared a photo of her son, Master Liam Aloba, describing him as her “One and Only Son.”
The rumours began after social media users claimed she had given birth to a baby girl. Wunmi dismissed these reports as misleading and urged followers not to share unverified information.
Mohbad, who died in September 2023, left behind ongoing family disputes, including the paternity of Master Liam. Mohbad’s father has sought a court-ordered DNA test to confirm paternity, and the family has previously asked Wunmi not to use the Aloba surname publicly until the matter is resolved.
