Actor and comedian Woli Arole has narrated how he narrowly avoided being scammed after receiving a suspicious offer online.
In a post shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday, Arole said an individual contacted him with a claim that God had instructed them to gift him a brand new jeep in Togo.
He wrote, “I was nearly duped this year. Omo if you’re greedy 419 go scam you oooo. One guy messaged me he said ‘Arole God asked me to give you a jeep in Togo. Send me 400k so I can give the driver that will drive it or will you come to TOGO’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣”
Arole is known for his comedy skits and stage performances. He has built a following on social media and is also recognised for his work as a preacher.
