Police in Lagos have arrested two men who engaged each other in a fight at Mile 2 area of the state over female panties.
The suspects are 21-year-old Friday Emmanuel and 29-year-old Obiora Nwabueze.
The two were said to have engaged in a fight over the terms of agreement regarding the stealing of female panties.
In a statement on Wednesday, police said Friday explained that Obiora “tasked him to steal used female pants for a fee of thirty thousand Naira. However, after he had successfully accomplished the task, Obiora Nwabueze reneged on his promise and forcefully attempted to take the pants from him which led to exchange of blows.”
The statement also said both suspects have been charged to Magistrate Court in Ajegunle, Lagos for conspiracy and stealing.
