Actress and producer Toyin Abraham has unveiled the official teaser for her upcoming film Ìyálódè, set to premiere in cinemas on June 6.
Toyin shared the teaser on Instagram on Monday with the caption, “The crown doesn’t come without a fight.
The battle for ÌYÁLÓDE has begun and only one woman can wear the title.

Ìyálódè is a Yoruba-language drama that delves into the intense struggle for the prestigious title of Ìyálódè — a position of power and influence traditionally held by a woman in Yoruba society.
The film explores themes of ambition, legacy and the sacrifices required to attain leadership.
The movie features a star-studded cast including Toyin Abraham, Kehinde Bankole, Iyabo Ojo, Bukky Wright, Muyiwa Ademola, Wale Ojo and Kolawole Ajeyemi.
Additional cast members include Jemima Adelekan and Bianca Ugowanne.
Ìyálódè is directed by Adebayo Tijani and produced by Toyin Abraham and Kolawole Ajeyemi.
Ìyálódè hits cinemas nationwide on June 6.
