Tonto Dikeh, Paul Okoye, others show off children dressed up for independence anniversary

Pop musician, Paul Okoye, and Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, are among celebrities who have shown off their children dressed for cultural day to mark the nation’s 59th independence anniversary.

Okoye, one half of the defunct Psquare, posted a picture of his twins, Obinna and Adaobi, on Instagram on Monday dressed in Igbo outfit.

Tonto Dikeh, on her part, dressed up her son, Andre, in Yoruba attire.

She wrote on Instagram: “Cultural day at school. My baby’s class was teamed to dress in Yoruba attire and this is how we showed up.”

Former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, also celebrated his son, Aragorn, dressed in Yoruba outfit for the Independence Day pageant.

“My son Aragorn in whom I am well pleased! You were marvelous at the Independence Day pageant today. Proud of you son and I love you so much. God bless you,” he said.
