Unrepentant Sydney Talker apologises for coronavirus controversy

Comedian, Sydney Egere, popularly known as Sydney Talker, has issued an apology over the controversy surrounding his coronavirus test.

The 24-year-old, who remained unrepentant, issued a defiant statement on the matter on Instagram on Friday.

”I’m sorry to those who I’ve offended with my health issues, specifically Twitter NG…Can’t stand the sight of negativity around me that’s why I’m saying a big sorry…I didn’t do a skit. I didn’t prank or try to chase clout,” he wrote.

Sydney Talker was accused of insisting on a coronavirus test for publicity.
