Singer and actor Sound Sultan has reacted to media reports that he is undergoing chemotherapy for throat cancer.

The 44-year-old hinted at speculations about his health in an Instagram post on Thursday to celebrate Eid al-Fitri.

Sharing a picture of him and his family the singer wrote “EID MUBARAK TO MY LOVELY Muslim brothers and sisters. MAY ALMIGHTY ALLAH ACCEPT OUR FAST As an act of Ibadah.”

He even joked that the celebration is not the one for which Muslims sacrifice ram as a sign of obedience to God.
