After slut shaming Huddah Monroe, Victoria Kimani tells Kenyan girls not to become prostitutes

After taking jabs at fellow Kenyan and socialite, Huddah Monroe, Chocolate City act, Victoria Kimani, has called on young girls to resist the pressure of becoming glorified prostitutes.

In a message she posted on Instagram on Monday, the ‘Loving You’ singer advised her female fans to “finish school” and “NEVER trade RESPECT for ATTENTION.”

She added that “I would never lead you astray”.

The post comes few days after the release of her first Swahili song off her soon to be released album, Safari.

Victoria appears to be taking a dig at Huddah in the first verse of the song for allegedly dating older men.

The verse goes: “Ujue natoka mbali /Victoria Kimani nani /wanajua mi ni nani/…sihanyi mabuda/ mimi sio Huddah… (Know that I have come so far, Victoria Kimani, they know who I am, I don’t go after old men, I’m not Huddah…”

Victoria has been outspoken on issues like male chauvinism and women empowerment in conjunction with the ONE Campaign.

The 32-year-old Kenyan is the first female signed to Nigeria’s Chocolate City.
