Is it right to have more than one wife? Fan queries Fani-Kayode

A fan on Twitter has queried former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, over his multiple marriages.

The query followed a tweet by the controversial politician, congratulating his first wife, Saratu Atta, on her appointment as personal assistant to Ghana President-elect, Nana Akufo-Addo.

That post got a Twitter user who sees Fani-Kayode as a Christian role model confused.

There were other reactions.

Ms. Atta, 53, was married to Fani-Kayode from 1987 to 1990 and they have a daughter named Folake.

After her, the 56-year-old married Yemisi Adeniji (now Yemisi Wada) and Ghanaian pastor, Regina Amonoo.

The professed lover of God and champion of the oppressed is now with his fourth wife, Precious Chikwendu, winner of the 2014 Miss United Nations International beauty pageant.
