Police declare ABC Transport founder’s daughter Ihuoma Nneji wanted for alleged cybercrime

The Nigeria Police Force has declared Ihuoma Nneji, daughter of ABC Transport founder Frank Nneji, wanted over alleged involvement in cybercrime.

The declaration was made on Tuesday night by the Office of the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCC) in Abuja and shared on the Force’s official Instagram page.

According to the notice, Ms Nneji is wanted for offences including criminal defamation, injurious falsehood, and cyberstalking.

According to reports, the businessman’s daughter was involved in cyberbullying and blackmail against an unnamed Abuja businessman between August and September 2024, alongside a group of friends.

The case drew more public attention when social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman, issued a warning to Ihuoma on September 24, 2024.

In a video post, he gave her 24 hours to retract her alleged blackmail and apologise to the businessman, threatening to release evidence against her if she failed to comply.
