Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) are officially employed to monitor and direct vehicular movement in the Centre of Excellence.
The gentleman in this picture was however put to a different use probably by an “oga at the top” at a social function some time ago.
Drinking and controlling traffic don’t go together, so it is safe to assume that all Mr Bello did was distribute these drinks to others at the party.
One can only imagine what the First Lady would have said about the alcohol our dear LASTMA monitor (apologies to Lagos Traffic Radio) is sharing.
