Presiding bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, better known as Winners Chapel International, David Oyedepo on Tuesday blessed his son Isaac Oyedepo at the unveiling of the latter’s ministry.

Laying hands on Isaac and his wife, Oyedepo said: “As hands are laid on you, I pray for unusual grace for sustainable connectivity that will keep you going without sweat.

“I pray that impact will be your goal not good preaching but great impact and I pray that your life will interpret your message in the name of Jesus.

“As you step into this new phase of your assignment, may you be clothed with humility. I have never begged, yet I have never lacked, I have never borrowed yet I have never lacked.”

Also present at the unveiling were Isaac’s mother Faith Oyedepo, the church’s first vice president, Bishop David Abioye; Pastor David Ibiyeomie, and Pastor Paul Enenche.

Addressing the people gathered at the unveiling, Isaac said God told him he was taking him to a new phase of evangelistic mission after 14 years of pastoral work.

“Your new phase will be to the now and the next generation,” he quoted God as telling him.

Oyedepo’s son Isaac breaks silence on reports of quitting Living Faith Church

He clarified that the establishment is not a church and that the Living Faith Church Worldwide would continue to be his place of fellowship.

This comes nearly one month after Isaac released a statement debunking reports of breakaway from his father’s church.

His statement said, “I must state that there are no complications in my relationship with my beloved family, and my beloved dad (Bishop David Oyedepo), who have stood by and supported me over the years; nor are there any in my commitment to my church-turned-home, Living Faith Church (also known as Winners Chapel International).

“I remain a steadfast member of Living Faith Church, dedicated to service in the Body of Christ.

“I urge the general public to treat information not communicated by me, or from any of my social media platforms, with extreme caution.”
