Oshiomhole’s ex-commissioner Didi Adodo is dead

Labour activist and former Edo Commissioner for Establishment and Special Duties Didi Adodo has died from suspected complications arising from COVID-19.

Mr Adodo who was Edo commissioner during the Oshiomhole administration died on Tuesday morning.

The former labour activitist reportedly took ill about five days ago.

He was the general secretary of Iron and Steel Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ISSSAN) and former general secretary of the United Labour Congress (ULC).

The deceased hailed from Iruekpen, Esan West Local Government Area, and attended the University of Benin (UNIBEN) where he graduated in 1986, according to his Facebook bio.
