Naomi Silekunola, former wife of the Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has announced she would be hosting what she called a ‘night of gratitude’.

This is coming days after she posted a video of herself on a church’s altar preaching. It was the first time she was posting such a video since her marriage to the monarch crashed in December 2021.

The programme to be hosted on Wednesday night by Silekunola, who still refers to herself as ‘Her Majesty’ and still carries the Ooni’s surname, is an online worship gathering where people can appreciate God for seeing them through the year.

Expressing excitement at the upcoming event on social media, she urged her fans to invite their loved ones.

“Happening today @10pm. Are you as excited as I am? Then join me tonight as we have a mind-blowing session together. Tell somebody to tell somebody, it is nothing like you have ever experienced,” she wrote.

Before her marriage to the Ooni of Ife, Prophetess Naomi ran an interdenominational ministry known as En-Heralds in Akure, Ondo State.
