hoodlums cause violence at Fadeyi

One person has been feared killed following a clash on Tuesday between factional members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) at Oja Oba area of Akure, Ondo State capital.

The clash resulted in the vandalisation of vehicles.

The national leadership of the union met with the two warring factions in Osogbo, Osun state on Monday.

This was sequel to the bloody attack of two members of one of the factions last Sunday.

The clash is believed to be related to the recent ban of the NURTW in Ondo by Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
