The frail health of the Olu of Warri His Majesty Ogiame Ikenwoli has raised anxiety in Warri just one week after the grand finale of the monarch’s fifth coronation anniversary celebration.
Aged 65 years, Ogiame Ikenwoli ascended the royal stool of Warri Kingdom on December 12, 2015.
Reports say the respected monarch was exposed to the former general officer commanding 6 Division Port Harcourt Maj-Gen Olu Irefin whose death about two weeks ago was attributed to COVID-19.
But the palace was yet to speak on the monarch’s health at press time.
The monarch had received well wishers from far and near during his fifth coronation anniversary.
