A US court on Monday remanded the founder of Invictus Group, Obinwanne Okeke, in jail till February 2020.
Mr Okeke, 31, is being accused of conspiring to commit fraud of over $11 million.

He entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of wire and computer fraud at the hearing on Monday.
The presiding judge, Douglas Miller, at the Newport News, Virginia, Federal courthouse, declared the case as “complex,” but said Okeke should be remanded in prison until February 18, 2020, when the trial would continue.
Okeke, popularly known as Invictus Obi, is up against the United States of America in case 4:2019 cr 84.

Okeke appeared before a federal grand jury that examined the evidence gathered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Department of Justice one week earlier.
The entrepreneur was found indicted and recommended for trial.
