Former beauty queen, Nike Oshinowo, is coming to a screen near you soon via a TV talk show.
This was revealed by Fashion and lifestyle magazine Genevieve.
“We are excited about this one! Nike Oshinowo’s to debut her new Talk Show,” the magazine wrote on its Instagram page.
Titled “Late Night With Nike Oshinowo”, the show will debut on AIT on November 27 by 11pm.
It is supported by the Lagos State Government, Etisalat, Arik and First Bank among others.
A press conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12 where the 46-year-old is expected to answer questions about her new adventure.
The style icon won the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant in December 1990 and represented Nigeria at Miss World
Her previous enterprises include a spa named Skin Deep and Nigeria’s first fitness video titled Nike Oshinowo: Fit, Forty and Fabulous.
In 2010, after a six-year attempt, Oshinowo finally bought the Miss Nigeria franchise from former organisers Daily Times, and became chief executive and creative director of the pageant. Nineteen-year-old Damilola Agbajor was crowned Miss Nigeria by her.
The mother of twins via surrogacy is no longer in charge of the pageant.
