Some Nigerians have commended rapper and actor, Falz, for addressing sexual violence in his latest music video titled ‘Child of the World’.
The idea of sexual abuse was well interpreted by ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Bambam in the music video.
She acted as the ‘Child of the World’ who was sexually harassed by her uncle.
Also, societal pressure forced her to get involved in sexual acts with rich men to raise money to live a certain standard of life.
Some Nigerians have taken to Twitter to sing praises of Falz for being an artiste who uses his music to talk about the vices of everyday life, while some urged him to do a sequel of the song.

1. You cannot tell a storyteller how to tell his story.
2. The uncle getting punished is not relevant to the plot.

There are things to unpack about Child of the world by Falz. The title alone is problematic. But i will commend how he looks to dispel the myths about HIV and depression to a degree.
