Nigerians attack Peace Mass Transit over drivers’ carelessness

Nigerians have begun attacking transport company, Peace Mass Transit, saying its drivers are not disciplined.

The social media attack followed the death of four people on Wednesday in a road accident involving two buses on the Lagos-Ore-Benin highway in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State.

About 26 persons were injured in the accident which involved a Toyota Hiace bus belonging to GUO Transport and a bus belonging to Peace Mass Transit.

Peace Mass Transit, owned by Samuel Onyishi, is popular in the South East and South South.

Nigerians on Twitter have begun calling the company out over its drivers’ attitude to safety.

Peace Mass Transit is everything it's been accused of.

I'll never forget my Faculty travelling with them to Ife from Uyo….I sat in front 😭😭.

It was a MIRACLE we got there "safe".

I swore NEVER to embark on such a concious suicide mission again.
