Nigeria records 350 new coronavirus cases, total now 11516

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Thursday night announced 350 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the country.

The announcement made on Twitter brings the country’s total confirmed cases to 11516.

Of the 350 new cases, according to the NCDC, Lagos has 102, Ogun-34, FCT-29, Borno-26, Kaduna-23, Rivers-21, Ebonyi-17, Kwara -16, Katsina-14, Edo-10 and Delta-10.

Others are Kano-10, Bauchi-10, Bayelsa-9, Imo-8, Plateau-4, Ondo-3, Nasarawa-2, Gombe-1 and Oyo-1.

The number of COVID-19 deaths increased in the last 24 hours by eight, bringing the total COVID-19 death cases to 323.

The NCDC also said 3535 coronavirus patients have been successfully treated and discharged.
