Socialite Obi Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana, who is being probed for alleged involvement in illicit drugs, says he will be showcasing what he does for a living this year.

Obi Cubana’s source of wealth has been the question on the lips of many since he held a lavish funeral for his mother Ezinne Iyiegbu in Oba, Idemili South local government area of Anambra State last year.

The club owner posted to Instagram on Thursday a video of the first club he built in Abuja in 2006 named Ibiza.

He said, “The first EVER club we built; Ibiza……Established 13th October 2006! 16yrs and still standing tall! If you never come here that year for Abuja, you never start!!🤣🥂……this year! Showcasing what we do for a living!”

Several celebrities took to the comment section of the post to say something about their experience at the club.

Actor Victor Osuagwu wrote, “Can’t forget here.”

Comedian Chuks D General wrote, “The first place we did our comedy when we entered Abuja.”

Obi Cubana was grilled for several hours on Thursday at the Abuja headquarters of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

He is alleged to have received money from three convicted drug dealers from Malaysia, Nigeria and India.

The chairman of Cubana group of companies was granted bail and asked to return at a future date.
