Ndidi celebrates precious victory over Swansea

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, was in a joyous mood after Leicester City’s 2-1 victory over Swansea on Saturday.

The Foxes had only won once in the Premier League this season, leading to the sack of Craig Shakespeare as coach last week.

But an own goal from Federico Fernandez coupled with Shinji Okazaki’s fine effort gave the visitors a hard-fought 2-1 victory at the Liberty Stadium.

Ndidi, who has played every single minute for the 2016 champions, took to Instagram to celebrate the win.

Hey 3 points, it’s good to have you here. Hope to have you next time. Cheers!!!! ?

While Ndidi had an eventful day at the office, it wasn’t the same for his compatriots.

Kelechi Iheanacho was an unused substitute throughout the game, while Ahmed Musa wasn’t even dressed.

The victory took the Foxes to 14th on the log with nine points.
