Music artiste Naira Marley has tattooed the face of Britain’s longest-reigning monarch Queen Elizabeth II on his arm.

The 32-year-old posted a video of the tattoo on Instagram Thursday, hours after the Queen was announced dead.

In the video, he posted Naira Marley could be heard bidding goodbye to the monarch.

“Rest in peace ma,” he said.

The queen died at Balmoral, Scotland at the age of 96 after 70 long years on the throne. Her health began deteriorating last December. Buckingham Palace said she began having “episodic mobility problems.”

The queen’s son Prince Charles has taken over as British monarch and will now be addressed as King Charles III.

It is also expected that her body will lie in state to allow the public to pay tribute.

The King will sign off the final plans in the coming days.
