Gospel singer Yinka Ayefele has revealed that his children constantly ask him why he cannot stand on his feet.
The father of triplet made this known in a video he uploaded on his Instagram account on Tuesday.
In the video, Yinka Ayefele’s son Richard could be seen asking his dad why he is unable to stand on his feet.
“Daddy, how can you not stand?” The boy asked.
“I cannot stand because I had an accident,” the gospel singer replied.
“Tell me about the accident,” a curious Richard responded.
Captioning the video, Yinka Ayefele wrote: “THEY ALWAYS WANT ME TO STAND UP…AND THEY KEPT ASKING ME WHY EVERY DAY EVEN UP TILL LAST NIGHT…I TRIED HARD NOT TO BE EMOTIONAL..INDEED IT WAS MY TURNING POINT. 12/12/1997. :TO GOD BE THE GLORY.”
Yinka Ayefele began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in an automobile accident.

The accident damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.
In a January 2019 interview, Yinka Ayefele had expressed his belief that he would walk again, describing himself as an optimist.
The singer’s wife gave birth to two boys and a girl in a hospital in Maryland, United States of America in 2019.
