My hard work was rewarded, Super Eagles rookie, Simy says

Super Eagles newbie, Simeon Tochukwu, popularly known as Simy is excited about the prospect of representing at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The 26-year-old striker has been a revelation in Italy for Crotone, netting six goals in his last seven matches.
Simy was one of the two surprise additions to the 30-man provisional roster announced by the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), the other being Kano Pillars frontman Junior Lokosa.
“I’m happy being part of the list and I can say it’s a result of my hard work here in my team,” Simy was quoted by All Nigeria Soccer.
“It’s not about what I’m bringing to the team, instead it is about giving my best with the opportunity and becoming part of a great group of players is a great thing.”
Simy, who has cited Arsenal hero Nwankwo Kanu as his role model, plays as a typical number nine but can also be deployed as an offensive midfielder.
He would be hoping for another fabulous day at work when his side visits Napoli in the final game of the season on Sunday.
