Mercy Chinwo gifts Sammie Okposo Yamaha Montage 8

Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo has given senior colleague Sammie Okposo a Yamaha Montage 8 synthesizer.

A young man named Onyeka was sent to deliver the equipment to Sammie.

Speaking in a video uploaded to Instagram on Wednesday, the 49-year-old said he was close to tears.

He added that Mercy told him she was sending something to him but didn’t know it was that huge.

The singer, he said, testified that she was led to bless him.

“World please help me pray for Mercy Chinwo. Help me bless her help me appreciate her.

“Mercy as you have honoured and blessed me, Jehovah will embarrass you with honour and blessings. Just wait and see the world will hear your testimony; your testimony will shock everybody and it will sound too good to be true

“Thank you mercy,” Sammie captioned the video of the presentation uploaded on Instagram.

The CEO of Zamar Entertainment, who released his first album titled Addicted in 2004, was not done.

He also posted a picture of him and Mercy on Instagram with another round of prayers for the 30-year-old.

Responding, Mercy said: “Thank you sir Sammie Okposo for being an amazing blessing to the body of Christ and the world at large. I truly honour and celebrate the gift that you are.”

For those who heeded Sammie’s call to pray for her, she added “thanks everyone for your prayers. I’m grateful.”

The fourth child and first daughter in a family of five children, Mercy won Nigerian Idol Season 2 in 2012.

She released her first single titled ‘Testimony’ in 2015 and features in Sammie Okposo’s 2020 song ‘Omeriwo’.
