Massimo opens, launches Sunday Old School Nite with Nomoreloss

A new lounge with a promise to rejig the clubbing and bar/restaurant culture of mainland Lagos has opened with a bang.

Simply called Massimo, the cosy entertainment hub is located on the ground floor of Prince of Anthony Hotel on Oyedele Ogunniyi Street in Anthony Village, Lagos. It is the brainchild of experienced artiste manager and entertainment promoter, Yinka Oyedeji.

One of Massimo’s flagships nights, according to Oyedeji, is the Old School Nite every Sunday evening which will be produced and anchored by Nomoreloss, the celebrated all-round musician, show compere and club management expert.

The maiden edition of the Old School gig comes up this Sunday August 17 with “more music, more comedy and more networking” as its pay-off!

Massimo’s cosy ambience, comfortable environment as well as rich, endless entertainment have been designed to give guests and patrons the best experience in pub-club culture according to its chief promoter.

Oyedeji, who managed Lagbaja, the masked musician, for 10 years, says Massimo targets the 6-11pm belt on week days to give patrons the best ‘stop-over’ experience on Lagos Mainland.

The lounge formally opened last week Friday with a rich array of guests, including TuFace Idibia and Gbenga Adeyinka. Oyedeji says the Friday Nite Jam will be a regular feature at the lounge as well as a ‘Super Thursday’ package for lovers of live music and infectious camaraderie.
