Several fans of musician, Naira Marley, were arrested on Monday night at the highly-anticipated concert held at Eko Hotel in Lagos.
Eyewitness reports on social media show that several fans, male and female, were arrested by law enforcement authorities and packed up in a vehicle labelled ‘Lagos Environmental Sanitation Corps’.

Reports say some of the fans tried to access the venue of the concert through illegal means.
Fans of the singer who identify as ‘Marlians’ take pride in breaking rules as part of the narrative projected by Naira Marley who is facing fraud charges.
It is not clear if the arrested persons have been released.
