Lola Omotayo-Okoye, wife of Peter Okoye of the defunct P-Square music duo, has called on Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State to appoint her a commissioner.
Her preferred portfolio is “hack-a-penis commissioner” to go after men who urinate in public in line with Ambode’s Cleaner Lagos Initiative.
The mother-of-two said in an Instagram post on Tuesday that her request was inspired by the appointment of Governor Rochas Okorochas’ sister, Ogechi Ololo, as commissioner for happiness in Imo State.
“Well as we all know, urinating in public is illegal and not acceptable in most parts of the world but then why should our country be any different and still tolerate this gross behaviour?” she wondered.
Adding that she has obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Lola wrote “I will ensure that our environment is ride (sic) of unruly penises that are guilty of disorderly conduct. I shall walk around streets with a large pair of shears to HACK-A-PENIS that breaks the law.”
