Actress and businesswoman Inedoye Onyenso has revealed that Afrobeat star Made Kuti was her school father before they got married.
The couple got married at a private ceremony in Lagos on Wednesday, November 1 2023.
Speaking on how they met at the wedding ceremony, Inedoye said they met in high school and Made was her school father but they didn’t start a relationship until much later.
“We met in high school, funny story, he was my school father, we didn’t start talking until much later,” she said.
When asked how the relationship transitioned from school father relationship to becoming lovers, the bride said: “After he graduated we became Facebook friends first, then from Facebook friends he came to Nigeria in 2018 and that’s where it began.”

The wedding ceremony was attended by Made’s father and mother, Femi and Funke Kuti, his aunties Yeni Kuti, Motunrayo Kuti and other members of the Kuti Family. Actress Kate Henshaw was also present at the event.
