Barcelona forward, Luis Suarez, currently leads the European scorers chart after he notched his 41st goal in all competitions in the 2-1 victory at Las Palmas on Saturday.

The Uruguayan is establishing himself as one of the deadliest scorer in La Liga in less than two seasons with Barcelona, scoring the first goal of the game and setting up the second with a brilliant dribble.

His success story has extended to Europe where he is leading the chase for the Golden Boot award for the most goals in a season.

The 29-year-old becomes the first player to hit 25 goals across Europe top five leagues this season.

Napoli Argentine striker, Gonzalo Higuan, with a game in hand, is slightly behind the former Liverpool man with one goal less.

With his goal against the struggling side, Suarez has been directly involved in 35 La Liga goals, scoring 25 and handing out 10 assists.

Lately, the former Liverpool striker has shown impressive form, scoring 12 goals in his last seven games for Barcelona.
