Lockdown: Fani-Kayode, wife, children compete for Netflix, DStv

Former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has joked about his wife, Precious Chikwendu, and their children taking over everything in his space amid the coronavirus-induced lockdown.

Mr Fani-Kayode, tweeting on Friday, urged his followers to come to his rescue.

“Why do women always have to have their way? Can someone tell Mama Lotanna that LOCKDOWN does not mean SHOWDOWN! She & the kids have all ganged up against me! I’m all alone! They’ve taken over @netflix, @DStvNg & EVERYTHING else in my space! Nothing for me! Someone pls save me!” he wrote.

His wife replied in the comment section:  “Oga this is not nice. I’m the only lady in this midst of 5 strong men, I’m completely marginalized. Apparently I now behave like you all so ‘na we-we.’”

The former minister then added: “I hear you madame! No marginalisation or subjugation is allowed in this house and no hegemony! We must restructure!”

Fani-Kayode and Precious Chikwendu got married in 2014. Precious won the Miss United Nations (world) beauty pageant in 2014. They have four boys together.

The former minister has been married four times. His first marriage was to Saratu Atta in 1987 but they were divorced by 1990.

The second marriage was to Yemisi Olasunbo Adeniji in 1991 and they were divorced by 1995. The third marriage was to Regina-Hanson Amonoo.
