Leicester City flaunts happy Nigerian contingents

Leicester City players appear to have recovered from Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Burnley.

The Foxes stars turned up for Tuesday’s training session in a joyous mood, particularly its Nigerian duo, Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho.

Ndidi was suspended for the club’s last two matches while Iheanacho played a part in their recent debacle at Turf Moor.

The pair were pictured having fun on the pitch, with Iheanacho riding on his compatriots’ back.

Alongside the photo, Leicester wrote, “The boys” with an emoji of Nigeria’s flag and a Fox.

Both players are in line for the club’s Young and Player of the Year awards.

Ndidi has impressed the most in the middle of the park with 31 league appearances.

Iheanacho, meanwhile, despite started just three has amassed a goal and three assists.
