Filmmaker Kunle Afolayan is supporting his adopted father Tunde Kelani on a movie set in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The 46-year-old shared pictures of himself, Mr Kelani, Seun Soyinka and Layinka Oyedeji on Instagram on Thursday.
He said the title of the movie is Ayinla.
“Boys in Abeokuta to support my father, friend and mention @tkelani on the set of #ayinlathemovie,” he wrote.
In a post he shared earlier, Kunle said he will be in the movie.
However he did not reveal the role he will be playing.
“New look for a movie role,” he wrote.
Kunle Afolayan is the son of late theatre icon Adeyemi Afolayan, popularly known as Ade Love.
His first movie role was as Aresejabata in Kelani’s Saworoide released in 1999.
He reprised the role in the sequel Agogo Eewo released in 2002.
