Actors Kunle Afolayan, his brother Gabriel Afolayan, and Femi Adebayo have warmed hearts with their show of camaraderie at the ongoing Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF).
A video shared on Instagram on Thursday captured the trio exchanging pleasantries and laughing together at the festival.
Kunle also posted a clip of their cheerful moment with the caption, “Awon omoluabi @femiadebayosalami @gabbylucciii @kunleafo.”
The friendly moment came as the stars attended the prestigious film festival, which brings together leading creatives from across Africa and beyond.
During a panel session titled “Blockbuster Focus: Making of a Nollywood Blockbuster Series – Seven Doors,” Femi and Gabriel discussed their collaboration and passion for storytelling.
Gabriel spoke about his relationship with Femi, both on and off set, emphasising their mutual respect and creative chemistry.
Femi Adebayo highlighted the essential elements required to create a true blockbuster, from quality storytelling to teamwork and strategic production.
Gabriel also reflected on his role in Femi’s Netflix series Seven Doors, describing it as a project that showcases Nollywood’s evolving global appeal.
Femi shared insight into how the idea for Seven Doors was conceived, saying it took careful planning, creativity and collaboration to bring the 2024 release to life.
AFRIFF 2025, which began on November 2 in Lagos, will run until November 8, bringing together top Nollywood stars and filmmakers to celebrate African creativity and storytelling.
