Kano State Government says the state has recorded another death of a coronavirus (COVID-19) patient.
The State Ministry of Health revealed this in a tweet on Tuesday night.
The latest victim brings the total number of COVID-19 deaths in the state to 33.
The ministry did not give additional information on the victim. A total of 158 persons have died of COVID-19 nationwide.
Kano also discharged 11 coronavirus patients on Tuesday while recording 27 new COVID-19 cases.
